Jag fick en fråga som jag inte kan besvara, ni kanske kan hjälpa till? Plommonet undrar huruvida det är en bra idé att äta/tillaga morotsblasten på ett eller annat vis. Själv fotar jag blasten som ni ser, men sen åker den i komposten. Någon här inne brukar/har testat/har hört att man kan ta tillvara på den snäppet mer än så?
